Thymeline is operated by Brake Labs LLC ("Brake Labs"). It is a meal planning application that helps you organize recipes, plan weekly meals, and generate grocery lists. The Service is currently available on an invite-only basis.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Thymeline. Access requires a Google account and a valid invitation from an existing user or administrator.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your access credentials or invite links with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the recipes, notes, and other content you add to Thymeline ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
When you use AI-powered features (meal suggestions, recipe discovery, recipe generation), portions of Your Content may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Thymeline uses third-party AI services to generate meal suggestions, discover recipes, and assist with planning. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain errors, including incorrect ingredient quantities, cooking times, or allergen information.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated recipes and suggestions before use. Thymeline does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or nutritional value of AI-generated content. Always verify ingredient lists and cooking instructions, especially if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Thymeline allows you to create or join a household to share recipes and meal plans with other users. When you join a household, other members can view and modify shared content. You are responsible for content you contribute to a shared household.
We aim to keep Thymeline available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
Thymeline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to adverse reactions to recipes or meal suggestions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Thymeline at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
